1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using RISHA CODE AI services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please cease using the platform immediately.
2. Scope of Service
RISHA CODE AI provides services based on generative artificial intelligence technologies, including text, image, and code generation, as well as content management tools. These services are provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Using the platform to generate content that incites violence, hatred, or violates public morals.

Attempting to reverse engineer the platform or breach its systems.

Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others through submitted prompts.

Automated use of the service that exceeds normal human usage limits unless otherwise agreed upon (via API).
4. Accounts and Subscriptions

Responsibility: The user is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and for all activities occurring under their account.

Payment System: Services are available via subscription plans (monthly/yearly) or a credit-based system.

Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property

The Platform: All rights to the RISHA CODE AI trademark, source code, and designs are the exclusive property of the platform.

Outputs: The user owns the rights to use the outputs generated by the AI. However, due to the nature of the technology, we do not guarantee that outputs will be unique or distinct from those generated for other users.

Artificial Intelligence may produce inaccurate information or coding errors; the user bears sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying outputs before professional or practical application.
7. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the country where the platform is headquartered, and the competent courts therein shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
